Terms of Service

ChatGetz is a software-as-a-service platform for marketing and e-commerce automation: campaign management, Telegram bot connection, analytics and AI-assisted tools (text generation and related features powered by third-party AI models).

Paid plans include only the features described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Basic costs US$8 per month and Global Pro costs US$12 per month; each includes a monthly AI allowance. When you pay through a local payment system, the price is charged in Uzbek so'm at the official Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate on the day of payment. The allowance is a fixed balance amount set for each plan (shown on the Pricing page); it does not depend on the exchange rate. Without a paid plan you can sign in and view your account, but AI features are not available. Current prices and plan contents are listed on the Pricing page. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at the international card checkout depending on your country.

We may change prices or plan contents for future billing periods; we will announce changes in advance, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Payments are accepted in Uzbek so'm through Uzbek payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzum and others) with Uzcard and Humo cards or wallets, and with international cards (Visa, Mastercard and others) through a third-party payment provider. For international card payments this provider acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for these purchases: it handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable sales taxes, and your payment is also subject to its buyer terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

The paid plans are Basic, Global Pro and, where offered, Ultra. A plan paid with an international card is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period. A plan paid through a local payment system is prepaid for one month and does not renew automatically.

You may save an international card for one-click balance top-ups; the card is stored by the payment provider, not by us. Automatic top-up is off by default. If you turn it on, your saved card is charged the amount you chose whenever your balance runs out, up to the monthly limit you set; if a charge fails, automatic top-up pauses. You can turn it off or remove the card at any time.

The monthly AI allowance included in your plan is a usage limit, not money: it is valid only for the current billing period, unused amounts expire at the end of the period, and it cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out. When it is used up, AI features stop until you top up your ChatGetz balance or the next period starts.

You may also top up a prepaid ChatGetz balance (kept in Uzbek so'm; the minimum top-up is UZS 24,000 for all payment methods, local payment systems and international cards alike; a card is charged the US dollar equivalent at the current exchange rate). A top-up only credits your balance: it does not buy, activate or extend a plan (Basic or Global Pro). The balance is used to pay for AI usage within the Service at the prices shown in the product. It is not a deposit, bank account or e-money: it has no cash value, is non-withdrawable and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used inside ChatGetz.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate Telegram or other platform rules;
• create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content;
• impersonate any person, create deepfakes, or collect personal data without a legal basis;
• attempt to break, overload or bypass the security or limits of the Service;
• resell or provide access to the Service or its AI features to third parties without our written permission.

You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use and for how you use it.

Where you process personal data of your own customers (for example, leads and messages received by your Telegram bots), you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf.

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Telegram, hosting and database providers, AI model providers, payment systems and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law, with notice where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
