Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how to cancel your plan and when you can get a refund. Payments for ChatGetz are accepted through Uzbek payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzum and others) and, for international cards, through a third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record; approved refunds are issued through the same system the payment was made with.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription (Basic, Global Pro or Ultra) at any time in your account (turn off auto-renewal) or through the billing portal. After cancellation you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again. Plans paid through a local payment system do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
2. No partial refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except as described in section 3 or where required by law.
3. 7-day refund on your first plan payment
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first plan payment within 7 days of that payment. Renewal payments are not covered by this guarantee.
4. ChatGetz balance and AI allowance
The prepaid ChatGetz balance and the monthly AI allowance are non-refundable, non-withdrawable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required by law. Amounts charged because of a technical error on our side are restored to your account.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us via the Contact page with the email of your account and the payment date. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method: for local cards (Uzcard, Humo) and wallets (Payme, Click, Uzum and others) through the same payment system to the same card or wallet; for international cards (Visa, Mastercard) through the payment provider to the same card. The time until the money appears depends on your bank, card issuer or payment system (usually 5-10 business days).
If a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
