Prepaid ChatGetz balance
The minimum top-up is UZS 24,000 for all payment methods: local payment systems (Payme, Click and others) and international cards (charged the US dollar equivalent at the current exchange rate). A top-up only credits your balance and never activates a plan. The balance is kept in Uzbek so'm, prepaid, non-withdrawable and non-transferable, has no cash value and can only be used inside ChatGetz.
Your plan's monthly allowance is a fixed balance amount set for each plan and credited at the start of each billing period; it does not depend on the exchange rate, and unused allowance expires at the end of the period.
Billing
- Plan prices are in US dollars; payments in so'm are charged at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment. Taxes may be added at the international card checkout depending on your country.
- Card subscriptions renew monthly; cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Plans paid through local payment systems are paid for one month at a time.
- Full refund on request within 7 days of your first plan payment.
- Payments are processed securely through Payme, Click, Uzum and other Uzbek payment systems (Uzcard, Humo) and, for international cards (Visa, Mastercard), through a payment provider.
